ForumOps.com - Launch Feedback
Hey Guys,
We just launched our website today and are looking for some feedback on the design. We're experimenting a lot with more modern design, which is a little tough with vBulletin, so we've ended up stripping out a lot of things we don't think are too useful nowadays. http://www.forumops.com/ Anyway, let us know what you think! I like vBulletin 3 a lot more than 4, and I like how it's a little simpler overall. It was the quickest for us to get started with as well.
The purpose of the site is a home for our new company for consulting work and forum development. The secondary purpose is a place to help organize our free stuff / open source work, and a place for forum owners to chat and share information. Hopefully that will be more clear once we have a bit more content / participation in there. Thanks guys.

I do actually, though saying revolutionary is a bit much maybe.
 I also plan to release a few more developer tools, and a few open source projects that solve common problems. Stuff that's not really worth pursuing commercially, but would be nice to have some collaboration on to create decent and supported products.It's been nice having other resources available as well (general support, html/css/js expert, awesome designer, etc.). Being a lonely developer is no fun! Thanks for the kind words!

Design is fantastic. I am in love. Very simple and creative.
The font/color combination on the Community Focused section links makes them kind of hard to see. I also feel like there is unnecessary empty space on the right side of the forum listing. The footer is extremely sexy. Everything else looks nice and seems to flow with the style you are trying to promote.

We're going to deal with that color combination tomorrow as it's been bugging me too. Interesting about the right side... perhaps I will be able to squish it into 3 columns and have the last poster's avatar there or something. We'll see! We've also posted a bit more information about our first product so hopefully there is a little more purpose now.  I appreciate you guys are taking time to check it out.
