The above shows up on my forum sometimes when I click on threads. One of my administrators added it, and now he doesn't know how to remove it. I'm pretty sure it came from some plugin. We're currently using vB Ad Management mod, but I'm not sure if it's from that.

How do I remove it?

Check your HEADINCLUDE template, look for anything suspicious...
