im getting spam on my forum . seems to be from same country Germany and is always full of same junk spam posts. some crazy , credit cards,movies,and other bs i dont want on my forum

is there anything i can do to prevent this from happening a no of times everyday its becoming a pain the register on ....@yahoo/@gmail alot if this help

i have it set so new registrations have to do a set 200 x2 = 400 setting im not sure what else i can do to stop this please help as im new to the vb thing but im loving everything so far
