I am heavily considering vBulletin (with CMS) to attract alumni from our residency program to collaborate about their current practice. I would also like to implement vBulletin as a fundraising tool/flyer of current events.

I called vBulletin today and they referred me to this website since there are no official licensed consultants. I have limited knowledge in PHP/CSS/HTML. Are there any consultants who would like to help collaborate on this project to get it off the ground?
