Default Help with header/Iframe
I am looking to add a iframe for a DHTML news ticker embeded in my current Vbulletin 4 template header. I can and will donate to who ever can help me solve this issue.

As you can see from the forums header, I have spot reserved for "Ticker:". As of right now my header is just 1 large image ref in the admincp.

I know my iframe code, creating and sizing the iframe is not my problem. Getting the iframe positioned correctly on the Vbulletin header over the header image is my problem.
