Microlight Site - Need Modification will pay

Hi People.

I run the following using the V4 Suite http://www.microlightforum.com and want a modification.

I would like a "pilots log book" to use on the site.

Idea being that pilots log their flights. So there would be a few fields for a new database like this

Date, Aircraft type, aircraft reg, captain, passenger or student, flight details, commence time, end time, etc etc.

My idea would be that it would be available as a button from the menu at the top, and would be available to registered users. It would be "there own" logbook and would only be visible to them.

The website is funded by me, and I don't get anything out of it except a little bit of ad sense revenue from the adverts. The modification is simply to help my fellow members.

Please let me know if you are able to code this modification and how much you would charge me for it. Also, it would need to be able to upgrade with the upgrades of the board as new versions come out.
