Send User Email Toggle Editor? in VB 3.8

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a VB Toggle Editor for 3.8 for the Send User Email feature? I am trying to set it up to send my club members newsletter updates, car show flyers as images rather than just simple text....any idea as to how or if there's a mod for it, please let me know.
