Brandon, the pre-sales forum is for people to post in before they have purchased a license. They cannot post in the Paid Requests forum until they have already bought a license.

Once a license is purchased, you may post in the Requests For Paid Services forum. There are also various admin forums on the web where you may post asking for someone to handle this migration for you.
