For issues related to the forum you will have to ask over at vbulletin.com as indicated above. Whereas for mod, theme and/or custom coding issues/question here at this forum.

vbulletin.com is the officially site for support of your default vbulletin installation. If you need help with modifying your code, then this is the site to post on. However, please be aware that this is a site run by volunteers and so your question could go unanswered over here depending on if anyone can help you or not.
