Installation:

Import "product-access_disabledforum.xml" as a product, overwrite if it's already installed

Where to set option:
Settings-> Options-> Turn Your vBulletin On and Off-> Allowed Usergroups

Does it work on vB 4.1.5 and would be nice if your could explain little bit more what it actually does.

The reason for me looking into is that I wanna create a group of Testpilots to view a closed forum, while it's under construction.
