Accidentally deleted my forum !!!
Hi i accidentally deleted my forum on my vb4.0 and i was wondering if there is any way i can undue what i just did and restore the forum? it'd be sad if i can't because it had many important posts in it :/

do you keep a backup at all? If not ask your hosting company if they have a backup of that database they can restore.

As he said, there's no "undo" button when you're running a website. Although your host may have a backup that isn't too old, and they may not charge too much to restore it, and they may not take too long to do it, as the admin it is your responsibility to keep regular local backups.
As part of my regular monthly maintenance I do a full site backup and download it. And I do a db backup daily and download it. |

When you say 'deleted the forum' what do you mean? Did you delete the files or the DB? The files you can restore pretty easily, and you'll need to point the new installation at the old DB. If you deleted the DB without a backup, you'll have to see what your host can do for you about getting it out of their backup. It'll probably cost extra money but it'll be worth it.
