Updating CSS
Hey Everyone, quick question; i recently imported a new style and i'm trying to update the CSS but i'm having trouble locating the CSS files themselves. Am i retarded or are they hidden away somewhere?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, -David |

CSS files are no longer under Main CSS in vBulletin 4.
Goto Edit template and you will see CSS Templates with all templates for vBulletin. Also dont forget to check Style vars for a particular style. Usually editing global elements in style vars auto updates css. |

Thanks for the response but let me be a little more detailed in my request so you can better understand my issue; Currently i have a background image provided by the template that is called Background.jpg . In this case, i would like to change the image that the css is pointing to. (and no, saving the new images as Background.jpg is not an option) I have gone through all the CSS templates but i can't find anything that is custom written. I know there HAS to be something and i can even tell you the name of the css style i'm looking for, but it's no where to be found. Additionally, i have searched high and low for just the image name "background" and i can't find ANYTHING.
Let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks, -David --------------- Added [DATE]1285263288[/DATE] at [TIME]1285263288[/TIME] --------------- k, never mind. i figured it out. You were right, it did end up being in the Style vars. Weird that i could "search" them ... but regardless, it worked out. Thanks for your help, -David |
