Importing Data
I am looking to purchase VBulletin. Am i able to transfer my data from my existing forum which is powered by phpBB to VBulletin? Existing posts and threads ect...

Yes, you will. You can do that by using Impex, the vb converter system.

Yes, it is very easy to convert to vb. The Impex system comes with a read me file. Your registered member won''t have to reregister howeevr they will have to reset the passwords because they won''t be converted over.

If it's phpBB2 then registered users do not need to reset their password, but phpBB3 do require a manual password reset because phpBB3 uses a different password encryption mechanism than vBulletin.
