How to convert from IBP games V3 to V2? Most games out there are IBP games V3, and we still using IBP script V2!

if you want to download IBP games like below, there are a lot IBP games V3, some time we can play it in our IBP script V2 but not perfectly to run or cannot submit the score

I already search information for this but still cant find the good tutorial or more detailed step by step like below, please help guys, this should be primary problem for all ibproarcade user, i cant believe there are still no exist tutorial for this
