Default Loading Amazon Ad

As you can see, I have an Amazon banner in my header. What would I have to do to get it to load at the same time with the Adsense banner and the rest of the forum? I'm sure it just depends on where I put the code, but I don't know where that should be.

I'm using vBulletin 3.8.5.
