Hi i just gone on my forum and this morning and it has gone backwards and deleted all the forums!

Do you mean that all your forums with the threads, posts etc are deleted? If so, restore your most db recent backup because there is nothing else you can do to bring them back.

I'm just venturing a guess here but I'd bet you were hacked... with a notice like in your first screen shot I would expect nothing less. I hope you have a backup.

I would then reconsider who you make mods/admins and change all passwords.
