Moving ad banner position

I'd like to move our bottom banner so it's above the add-ons that appear above the footer. The bottom banner basically needs to be shown right at the bottom of the list of threads.

Here's a link to my board so you can see how far at the bottom the banner is displaying.

Anyone know which templates must be changed and how to change them?
