Social Share Icons and Rss Feeds

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a mod that allows me to put the social networks icon in the CMS (content.php) and share each post on twitter and/or facebook.

Also, I'm looking for a way to add below each post a link that pulls the RSS from another website.I've tryed to do it as a signature, but it doesn't work for two reasons.
1. In the cms, the signature doesn't seem working
2. In the signature I can't use an RSS xml link because it won't work.

Is there any way to do this?
