[CMS] Section Manager - Having trouble adding new sections

Can anyone tell me why I can't add new sub sections under "The Front Page"? It won't save anything I try adding. I've refreshed the cache too. Nothing seems to work.

Disregard this. I found the add new section button. I think it's in the wrong place.
