Possible? Need a block placed above whats going on
Is this possible, if so what template should I edit or would a new template need to be made? Sorry If I don't make sense as I am a noob with this but here is an example of what I want. I am running vb4 4.0.

I am pretty sure there is a template_hook around there that you can use and you can either insert a new template or just put in straight html. Take a look in the template - FORUMHOME.
