Default forum post template mod?
looking for a mod that gives certain threads a format, preloaded with text like:

TITLE
Code:
DESCRIPTION
Code:
download image link here
etc, and an image for downloads,
but only for the first post of a thread, if possible
so it keeps all the download forum posts clean and neat
