Do u know if exist a way to block external link when it's used in tag IMG ?

Do you mean you don't want people embedding off site images? Turn off the IMG option for BBCode in your vBulletin Options.

I can't, because i've a CPG album in my domain and i want that people use tag IMG only with images from CPG.
