What's the best solution for this big problem, how can we detect double accounts ? I've search for this type of mod but didn't find it.

If you have some ideas, thanks.

There is some mod that will detect new accounts made that use the same IP as old accounts (try a search on "detect*" in "all mods" "titles only").
