background under navbar

Hi:
Is there anybody know how this page is made?

I want to have the background with rounded corners. The background starts right below the navbar, and ends right before footer.

Can somebody give me some hint?

Again, if you look at the page source, you'll see they did it through css. It's all there in the page source.
