Sub-Forums?

Ok i have a cat - A forum and then 5 sub-forums in that e.g

TwingoOC Members Lounge
-Members Discussion
-Members Discounts
-Affiliates
--SMC Renault
--K-Tec Racing
-Members pictures

Etc etc...

But at the moment they can't view stuff like SMC and K-Tec they have to click the Affiliates board and then select there affiliate i want it to show in a horizontal list sort of thing like they do on here.

How would i do that?
