How can i remove Home,Blog,What's New navbars from vbulletin 4.0.0. beta 4 version.

Take a look at the navbar template. For the blog, it's gonna be a plugin you need to turn off.

I'm guessing (never tried it - so try it and see) you can just go to Plugins & Products > Plugin Manager and turn off (don't delete them) the following two plugins:
Navbar: Eval Blog Link Template and Validate Styleid Navbar: Insert CMS Navbar Entry As for What's New, there have been a couple of threads on that already with specifics given, so try a search and you should find them. |

And If I would like to add let's say the Contact US link in it should I edit the template ?

You could. Or there are a few articles that tell you how to add a link via a plugin. Or a mod that will let you add the link to an already existing tab.
