Professional Installation
I've recently pre-purchased the ver 4 upgrade. About 6 weeks ago I purchased 3.8 and has it professinally installed. I then learned about 4.0 so I decided to wait to launch my site until after 4.0 is installed.
I'm thinking that the installation the 4.0 upgrade may be above my pay grade. How would I make arrangements to have the upgrade professionally installed. Roger |

Hi Roger.
I'm not from the vBulletin team but I personal advice would be to post in the 'Request for Paid Services' as its cheaper and some people are equally professional. For example, some people charge $10~$40 for a clean vB installation, compared to the $150 vB charges. |

You should ask at vbulletin.com since you already paid

Or you could have a shot at installing it yourself. Trust me, it's not that hard once you get a few tries in. See the manual: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/install

Best would be to open a support ticket and explain the situation.

It is so easy to install it.. You don't need to pay anyone.. Trust me, just follow the instructions. I made my first board when i was 14 and I didn't know anything about it, but i managed to install it. Plus you learn a lot about the web from doing it too. If i were you, id try to install it myself first.
