A subtle little notice with links, and sometimes your username etc

How are they doing this? Is it a mod? Its at the Warrior Forum, I've asked there but no one is answering. http://www.warriorforum.com/

If it's what I think it is then you could possibly nab the code for it over at www.dynamicdrive.com.
I didn't see it but have seen things like it. It floats over the page for a bit then it's gone. Either that or you have to click it.

No it doesn't float, it just sits there right at the very bottom of the browser. I just checked and you can only see it if you are a member. Maybe I'll fire off another email to the owner to find out what he is doing. Thanks.
