HELP my forum is being overrun by spammers

I updated and installed the time delay plug in. I would like to not have to moderate every new member (I am getting 30 sign ups a day) but if I dont my message board gets flodded with ads for Viagra. Any suggestions? I am close to shutting it down as I cannot handle the constant stress and hassle these spammers are causing.

Try installing one of the question/answer systems to use when registering.

or add a censor on there links

have it replace the links there posting with just your site lol
i use to have 3-7 a day, i replaced links, they died down

or hostban there ip through your sites cpanel

Host ban im getting 20 a day the censor link thing might work but whay happens when we really want to post a link?

+1 to that, I was getting 30+ signups a day, 20 of them spammers, installed this, worked on it and they all went away!
