Urgent Help
There has been an inncident on my site, if some of you read my post last night you will understand,
Now I need every member to read a statment, so what would be the best way to go about doing this, and to be sure that every member has actually read it. |

have you thought about either a Notice - or the Advanced Forum Rules by CYB, you could actually edit that abit to have the statement you want where members have to accept it before they can continue!

just to answer your question - yes if you edit the Advanced Forum Rules slightly by having the statement if someone logged into your website and went to post a new thread it wont let them - it will pop up with your message/statement and they would need to click accept before they can go back to post a topic (they don't lose what they typed).
However it also works if they go to edit any profile information or anything that involves them typing it would pop up. |
