Keeping getting this notification...

...and I don't know what it is or how to fix it. This is sent via e-mail relating to my forums. Mods, if there is something that should not included- please edit it out.

Looks like its something with the avatars. Maybe an avatar mod?
Maybe edit out your IP address man.

I'm not too sure. I don't believe I have an avatar mod and the errors keep coming from 'unregistered' sources.

This error comes when MySQL doesn't have any free hard disk space to write to. Are you saving your avatars/profile pictures/etc to database or filesystem? If they are in database, I suggest moving them to the filesystem
