How to make navbar and table where is logo 100% with page, same as it is done here on vbulletin.org.

No, I just checked every article on site and there is nothing about that. I was serching on google also but I couldnt find it.
Anyone know how to do that?

have you tried looking at the page source for this page and the css for it also? It's a combo of the two (cuz it's the same page source even if you select Fixed for the width).
