How can i add a nice transparent PNG on the far left of my forum?

Meaning, i need a place to put in this graphic, sort of like a pop-out image to spice up the forum at times

You can do something like adding the following to the top of your header template:

<div style="position: absolute; top: 15px; left: 15px;">HTML CODE HERE</div>

I encourage you to use a .gif though, as .png's render differently for different browsers
