In some forums i noticed that the users info is on the left side of post instead of on top how would i go on about doing that?

That's just the legacy postbit :] Youc ans et your forum to sue the legacy postbit ratehr than the usual postbit by going to:

ACP->vBulletin Options->Style & language Options

then, click yes where it says "Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template" and finally click save :]

Some custom themes don't have real legacy postbit templates though...
