Is your phrase a global phrase? What is the content of the phrase? Can we see exactly what is in the template, and tell us what template you are modifying?

You mean in the Forum Manager? You are trying to put a phrase in there? It won't take phrases. You will probably have to do some template edits or write a plugin to change the title only for Unregistered users (do a str_replace if the user is unregistered).

Hi Lynne.
I have a multilingual forum and would like to have different forum titles depedning on the language the user has chosen. A phrase would solve this problem for me but if there is a method to do this with a plugin that would work too. Any ideas? |

Hmmm, I'm really not sure of the best way to go about this. You can't put phrases in where the forum title goes. The only thing I can think of is a plugin that first looks to see if English is the language (if so, then do nothing), else, depending on the language and the forumid, set the forum title. Not really very elegant though.

That would be enough for me! I guess I'll ask in the requests forum now. Thanks
