Dumb Question: BBcode showing in text editor
Ok guys, this is probably something stupid but i cant for the life of me find the option. For some reason when I try and say, create a new thread, when i write something and try and bold it, it will show me the actual BBcode instead of bolding it and showing me a live preview of what it would look like. Know what I mean? Also, my show code icon that usually hovers on the right is missing. Its kind of annoying b/c it never used to be like that previously. Anyone know how to change this option?
THANK YOU! |

If you want to see the text in bold (or italic or whatever), you need to be using the WYSIWYG editor. You can set that in your User CP > Edit Options.

Whoa... ok, I just realized that its only Safari that does this... I wonder why? Maybe it doesnt support WYSIWYG?

You are correct, Safari doesn't support WYSIWYG.
