I need some help with the parts above,

IMAGE 1
I have 2 of the welcome messages at the top, whys this? What codes do I need to edit to fix this and what template is it in?
Im confused as to why its doing this, so help is very welcome. This is aligned central in IE only, any ideas on how to put it to the left?
Also, on this matter - I want to be able to personalise it, how can I do that aswell?

The parts boxed up in the image seem to be in the middle, but its only in IE (Internet Explorer), how come? I've tried to align it with a few tags (mainly DIVS) but nothing seems to work to fix it for this browser, anyone got ideas on how to fix it?

If you have any idea on how to fix these problems then please post, its very important!

I would say that you have duplicate code in your templates. Check out the vbulletin Styles & Templates in the Admin CP and look for the appropriate templates which your images are representing.
