New Registration Disabled -
vB Version 3.8.2
http://www.4DateTalk.Com I've just been told that no one can register on my site. I've already checked: 1) Allow new registration 2) Turn your bulletin on and off 3) Usergroup Permissions I can't figure out what is causing the problem. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. I've been reading the manual all day looking for an answer. Thanks |

There is no button to register either. There is a setting under user registration in vbulletin options, see if that is turn off. If so, turn it on.

I've already made sure that option was turned on. Just to double check I clicked both and checked to see if anyone could register and they can't. The register button was placed on the welcome image but, you're right... it needs to be a lot easier to find. I noticed that when I tried to register.
Still wondering what's causing the problem. I've had a recent upgrade to 3.8.2 and I know that no one has registered after that. Something must be turned off but I'm not sure what is is. |

Gasper,
I've gone back and forth on this exact same path today. I did it this time and the registration is open now. I can't believe it but, I'm really relieved. Thank you. P.S. I'd click the little thank you icon but, I can't find it! |
