I have the mobile style set and a link to the style for the forum. How do I go about setting up a new web address for it? It will be m.(forum name).com, but I am not finding any info for setting this up. Do I need to set this up with the host, or the domain site?

You just need to make a subdomain name. This can be done in your cPanel if you have it. Then redirect to the mobile style you want.
