"Special Forum" Settings

I would like to enable certain settings for a single forum:
- Forumhome background color is #d9d9c2 rather than default
- The 'post new thread' button is hidden but you can still post threads if you know the link
- People are limited to posting one thread in the board

Edit your main one.
Download the xml.
Upload it to a new one.
Then when you create/edit a forum make it overwrite the users specific settings.
That's the only way I know.

I don't see where you can download or edit the XML file for a single board...

I would add a plugin, or modify the template, to add that background css just for that forum - example for if in headinclude template:

As for the new thread button - it's in the SHOWTHREAD template in two places. Find it and remove it.

And posting limit - take a look in the mods forums for one.

Okay, I was able to meet those three demands thanks to you guys' wonderful help. Thank you very much. I did have one more question: I want to display the latest thread the user has posted in that board (ID 25) in a blank profile tab. I have the tab blank, I just need to know how to make it display the thread.
