I need help with my title user group!

I have a title user group rank that set for each post count and it will change automatically once they reach the post requirements!

And id like to edit one or more users title name and not showing my user's group title rank by not moving the user to a different group! is this possible? if so can someone tell me how please. please let me know.

Let me make sure I'm reading this right.

After a certain point your users get a new title, and are moved to a new usergroup. You want some users to not get this new title and remain in the original group because you're giving them a custom title.

Is this correct? If so, you should use ranks instead of usergroup promotions. This way they get a custom title (which they can set or you can edit) and will also get a normal post-count based version.

Yes its correct. but i only use my usergroup promotion only for my new sign up. because i want to force them to post in my newb introduction section first before they can use the entire forum.

and for the user group rank i have already set my rank and this will change when they reach the certain amount of post.

i want to give one of my user member from the main group a custome user title name that show under their username but i dont want to show the usergroup rank.

but it show 2 title user name the flawles and the ttech newbie!
