Database Error Pls. Help Here!

hi guys....after the transfer from share hosting to VPS last night...got this error.....can anyone please help me to resolve this....i am using 3.6.8 PL2 at the moment plan to upgrade to the latest version later...

The error is caused by missing file:
/home/epaloids/public_html/includes/class_activecache.php

but I've checked your old account and shared server and there is nit such file too.
Maybe your forum is hacked or maybe some of forum's modules failed.



is there anyone can help me on this please...

Don't you keep copies of all your modifications on your computer? Or copies of all your vbulletin files? Have you looked on your computer for it? Or, go about it the other way - figure out what modification is calling that file. Take a look through all of your plugins (there is a Search in Plugins mod over at vb.org that you could use) to see where that file is being called. Or, do a search through all your files in the forums directory for a call to that file. If you look at line 329 of init.php (as the error states), you will find:

So, find the plugin using that hook location.

..as always...anywhere...you are always there and ready to help anyone...you don't choose people to help...great to have you in this world....what i want to know only is how come the vb.org staff try to spent their time and help me on this and not the vb.com...hmmmm...maybe because i have only vb3.6.8 PL2 version?...weird isn't it??? but all i know is i have a owned licensed board....and planning to upgrade it sooner or later...

Well, vb.com doesn't generally help out when it's a modification that is causing your problem. Their response would most likely be that you should take this issue over to vb.org. I just happen to be over here right now and responding to posts.

You don't have access to your site because of this error? Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you can get access.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

guys....i got it now....this file belong to vBOptimise by Deceptor... i found it...i might upload it disable or delete it all...which is the best thing to do?
