kudos badge? / respected member? / vetted member plug in?
In one sub forum of the forum I admin, the moderator wants to somehow distinguish between anonymous members that have made no positive contribution and members that that perhaps use their real names and contribute positively..
Forcing members to use real names probably wont work.. Is there some sort of 'Kudos' or 'Merit badge' or 'Validated' plug in to somehow show who the good guys are? I know its kind of vague - but I guess it would be a moderator awarded status.. Possibly a member voted status might work (but I doubt it..) Any ideas? Suggestions for this situation? Thanks in advance VB comrades! |

Since you haven't really defined what it is that distinguishes a good guy from a bad guy it's hard to make suggestions. You could use ranks if these good guys are in a different usergroup or they have over x posts. I think there is some Award modification, but I have no idea how that works, but you can go look at it.
