Internal Server Error ??

It seems that whenever I click any thread on my forum it loads up this:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@dollhousetvforum.evanescence-forum.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I can access my forum fine: dollhousetvforum.com
When a thread is clicked I get that error: http://www.dollhousetvforum.com/show...newpost&t=1544

Anyone know what the issue may be? It was all working fine yesterday. I haven't installed any modifications or made any upgrades recently either.

It's most likely exactly what it tells you, a misconfiguration or server issue.... if nothing has changed on your site then most likely it's a server issue.

I would also question why your host is using a version of apache that is outdated and many many years old.

I just received an email from my server.

As such, the script has been chowned to root with 000 file permissions. Please let us know what changes you will be making to correct this issue and we can re-provide ownership of the script to you.

I'm a little confused on what the problem was that they had to disable showthread.php

What changes would I need to make?

A shitty host is my guess....

What mods are you running? Try disabling them.

If you have tweaked with vbulletin it looks like you have messed it up somehow, if it's a standard vbulletin then your host is to blame.

Haven't really installed any new mods at all in the past few months.
Looks like it's time to find a new host.

What your host is telling you is you are using too many resources on the server, they ar enot pointing out that this one process is to blame, rather that this is the most used process on your account so they stop it.

Shared hosting sucks in 90% of all cases..... Those that don't agree, give it time and you will lol
