Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me with this. I have one new member.

For some reason when she logs in it tells her thank you for logging in but then re-directs her back to the login page telling her she needs to log in again.

I, and my other administrator have looked and looked to try to find the problem. There is no problem with her permissions or anything. We've asked her if she accepts cookies and she said she does, so that isn't it.

We have not banned anyone by IP address, so it's not a IP ban problem.

What am I missing? Do any of you know what the problem might be?

Make sure that users can only get to your site via www.yoursite.com or yoursite.com. Redirect them via htaccess (google it or search here cuz it's been posted many times) if they come to the 'wrong' site url.

As far as I know they can only get there from my direct url.

Well, try both and see what happens. Make sure that one gets redirected.
