I don't understand what you want.

Regarding the forumjump menu, there was a thread recently about changing what gets output. Do a search (I was posting in it, so you could search on my username in it also).

Each of them are just forums. However, you change the options: Act as Forum... or Forum is Active... or Forum is Open.

I don't know what you want done with the forumjump. I told you there was a thread already on modifying it (removing some forums). You'll have to search that thread out - it was very recent.
