Hi , I need some help if someone can do that .

I would like to install on my forum a mod or a hack , about advertisment. What iam looking is ,when a member enters the forum a small window pops up with the advertisment and if the member doesnt want to visit the advert site can click X to cansel and continue in my forum.

You do not need to install a modification for that. Just find an advertising program that can do that and use the code they provide you.
