[Request] Allow Guests to write a Reply and Quickregister in one

Hi,

i guess it was a nice Idea to get more Registrations.

Should look like this:

* Guest can use the Editor
* If they want to reply or open a new Thread they have additionally Fields to to complete registration and saving of their Post (Username, Mailadress .....)
* Postings go to moderation Queue till User has activate his Account
