CP - displaying 2 colums of content in a 1 colum add together with /

working in admincp now.

listing content for admin/mod

and i want to items displayed like this ItemA/ItemB

here is what im actually trying

well it runs of fine, but only shows the "right" colum
or none at all, been trying things like
