user rank image not showing?

hi all,

After spending countless hours searching through all the available sets of rank images, i found ones that are perfect for my board.

I updated the usergroups with the rank images that I wanted to use, but now I have a bit of a problem.

On my vBa cmps index, under the welcome area, the rank image shows up fine.

But when I posted a few test threads, the rank image was not being displayed.

I've added a screenshot to explain what I mean.

Could someone please help me fix this issue?

already did that several times, its not done anything

ok, i had a play around with the user rank settings.

i changed the filepath and replaced it with a html image src, now that ive done that, the rank image shows correctly in the postbit, but now it has vanished from the usercp module on my cmps index....in effect its the reverse of the problem i started with *sigh*
